Weekly tips and tricks: Homemade eyeshadow base :)

Hey guys :)

Here is the third post from the Tips and tricks series, it is a little recipe that i have found to be really usefull :)

I know that eyepimers can be pretty expensive and sometimes even hard to find, so i wanted to share with you guys this little recipe that i have learned recently and that works amazing, it makes the colors pop out and the eyeshadows stays on without creasing for a pretty long time, of course it wont stay as long as if you used for ex. the urban decay primer potion, but it does work really well.

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:
  • any kind of liquid foundation.
  • a thick and creamy moisturizer.
  • you will need an empty container to store your primer.

How to:

mix together the liquid foundation and the thick moisturizer into the empty container or if the container is to little into a bowl.
You just have to remenber to hold on twice so much moiturizer than foundation, so if you use for ex.1 deciliter foundation you will have to add 2 deciliter moisturizer.
When you are done just transfer the eye primer into the empty container and your finished !

It just takes two minutes to prepare this eye primer and it will save you a lot of money. I used the 24h superstay foundation from maybelline new york and a nivea moisturizer and it worked just fine :) i made a hole bunch of it because i whas so scared that i would run out of it really quick (which is just stupid because it would just take two minutes to make a new one) and now i realize that it will take years to finish it because you just need to apply the tiniest amout every time, i really recommend to you guys to try out this recipe because it is just amazing how well it works i still cant believe it.

could you guys please leave a commment to let me now what you think about this little recipe  :)
